The Account Executive is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule at the Perrysburg, OH location and reports to the Director of Account Strategy.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Account Executive position maintains and expands relationships with our largest clients. This role will require establishing and maintaining strong processional relationships with key executive leadership at large organizations, including Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to,
- Serve as primary customer contact for assigned clients.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records of special customer processes and reporting.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives.
- Develops and maintains reporting/scorecards to measure success within each program that is being managed.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customers' needs on an ongoing basis.
- Effectively use computer databases; fully utilize Blink's systems including e-Quantum, WMS, and our web platform LinkOS/Solaryce.
- Manage inventory by monitoring and analyzing usage, setting reorder points, and making recommendations to clients on purchasing decisions.
- Properly set costs on programs and reviewing on a regular basis to ensure profitability.
- Create and organize a calendar of events schedule for clients to ensure Blink is proactive in serving their needs and being proactive on additional projects/sales.
- Contract negotiations, with support from senior leadership.
- Troubleshoot and work with company systems to meet client needs.
- Facilitate customer contact with other departments within the company.
- Identify and engage in new sales opportunities.
- Onboard new clients that are brought in by our business development team. This includes a high level of project management such as collecting information from client, coordinating internal and external resources, setting timelines and expectations between departments, and developing SOP's.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to establish rapport with clients and co-workers.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated strong Customer Service, Project Management and Sales background.
- Knowledge of print, purchasing, inventory management, project management, promotional/branded merchandise, marketing, and website management are preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong leadership skills and effective team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new applications quickly; data input at a minimum 50 wmp.
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have high integrity, great attention to detail; and be dependable.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration strongly preferred
- At least five years' experience in account management or related field.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Lifting, carrying up to 20 pounds (Occasionally)
