Blink Marketing Logistics is looking for a Marketing Intern. The position will be located at the main headquarters in Perrysburg, OH and will be a hybrid role. The Marketing Intern will report to the Marketing and Creative Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Support
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and researching trends.
- Support email marketing efforts by drafting content and coordinating distribution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Graphic Design
- Create visuals for digital and print campaigns, including social media posts, flyers, and internal materials.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all designs and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute design concepts.
Administrative Tasks
- Help organize marketing assets, files, and resources for easy access.
- Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports for the marketing team.
- Coordinate marketing materials for internal and external events.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to support ongoing projects.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
Learning & Development
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and design techniques.
- Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, from strategy to execution.
AUTHORITY & AUTONOMY:
An employee in this position has the authority and autonomy to:
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them with minimal supervision, while adhering to provided guidelines.
- Suggest creative ideas for content, campaigns, and designs during brainstorming sessions.
- Independently manage day-to-day responsibilities, such as scheduling social media posts and organizing marketing assets.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support campaign development.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify tasks and contribute to collaborative projects.
Final decisions on strategy, campaigns, or external communications are made under the direction of the Marketing and Creative Manager.
MINIMUM SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
