Key Skills Required:
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor metrics like defect rates, user story completeness, and velocity while preparing detailed governance reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements and governance best practices.
- Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights using data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and maintain thorough documentation.
- Agile Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Confluence.
- Must have Pharma industry experience (MarTech experience preferred).
