Job Description:

Experience:

• Five to eight years previous ERP analysis or ERP software development experience.
  Demonstrated understanding of ERP current technologies
  Strong commitment to software quality
  Proven analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
  Solid customer focus, teamwork, innovation, creativity, and relationship building
• Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Order to Cash: In-depth understanding of Order to Cash and Revenue Management processes, including order management, pricing, transportation, billing, and customer service.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365: Prior experience with MS D365 is preferred, but candidates with strong experience in Sales & Distribution and CRM modules will be considered.
• Business Process Improvement: Proven experience in analyzing and improving business processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Microsoft D365 configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Project Management: Experience participating in or leading ERP implementation or upgrade projects is a plus.
