Summary
As a Dog Walker at Blissful Buddha Pet Services, LLC, you will be responsible for ensuring the happiness and well-being of our furry clients during their walks. This role is essential in maintaining the quality of care we pride ourselves on while providing peace of mind to pet owners.
Responsibilities
- Walk dogs according to scheduled times and routes to ensure they receive adequate exercise.
- Provide attentive care and supervision to dogs during walks, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior and needs during walks.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for pets by picking up after them during walks.
- Monitor the health and well-being of dogs during outings and report any concerns to pet owners.
- Build trusting relationships with both pets and their owners through reliable service and communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pet care or dog handling is preferred.
- Strong understanding of animal behavior and needs, particularly dogs.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to handle multiple dogs safely and effectively during walks.
- Physical capability to manage heavy lifting if necessary (e.g., assisting larger breeds).
- Reliable transportation for commuting between client locations.
