Responsibilities
- Walk dogs according to scheduled times and routes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Provide companionship and exercise for dogs during walks, catering to their individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior and any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of each dog's walk schedule and any special instructions from owners.
- Administer basic pet care tasks as needed, such as feeding or administering medication during visits.
- Ensure all dogs are leashed securely and follow safety protocols during outings.
- Report any health or behavioral issues observed during walks to the pet owner promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pet care or dog walking is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of animal behavior and handling techniques.
