Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Display and organize merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Utilize basic math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when handling customer calls.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with general retail operations is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
