Online Fulfillment Specialist

Blitz Innovation (Brian's Toys), an e-commerce company selling thousands of products through Amazon, is looking for a person to ship products out of its warehouse in Fountain City WI. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning how e-commerce and the Amazon model works. This position is perfect for a self-starter who is self-motivated and ready to jump in where needed! This is a part-time position but could have potential to full-time hours based on performance and projects. The position is on-site, less than 10 minutes by car from the Winona.(no weekends required).

In the role, you will:

· Organize and ship merchandise within the warehouse. Products are toys and games.

· Using the warehouse management system (hardware and software), you'll enter returns, repackage products, create labels and prepare merchandise for shipment to Amazon distribution centers.

· Effective oral and written communication with office personnel, management and warehouse staff.

· Monitor inventory and resolve any discrepancies.

· Perform various assigned warehouse duties related to inventory control.

· Learn key operations aspects of an Amazon-based e-commerce business.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Work on-site at the warehouse/offices in Fountain City, WI.

· Lift up to 50 lbs.

· Comfortable working with hardware (handheld scanners, printers) and software applications.

· Good Attitude

· Ability to jump in where needed.

Experience:

· Warehouse, retail and inventory management experience is a plus

· Basic computer skills (Required)

· Some travel (Required)

Pay:

· Hourly rate $15-16

· Monday through Friday

7am-5pm (Flexible)
