Deliver exceptional customer service to our Guests

Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups

Set and meet performance goals, while motivating and supporting team members in achieving theirs

Create staff schedules, manage inventory and retail merchandising

Support the franchise owner in managing staff schedules, working on marketing initiatives and recruiting / training new hires

Must haves :

Cosmetology License

The ability to work our peak times (Friday and / or Saturday, or on rotation)

A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great

Management experience, preferably in a salon / spa

Comfortable using booking software and a Mac computer

Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

Love of sales, monthly goals, and winning prizes!

Base hourly pay plus bonuses and incentives
