- Support the franchise owner in managing staff schedules, working on marketing initiatives and recruiting/training new hires
Must haves:
- Cosmetology License
- The ability to work our peak times (Friday and/or Saturday, or on rotation)
- A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great
- Management experience, preferably in a salon/spa
- Comfortable using booking software and a Mac computer
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Love of sales, monthly goals, and winning prizes!
