Operations Manager Public Spaces

Pay: $65 - 70K, plus annual performance incentive

Are you a leader with experience in facilities operations, hospitality/tourism, event management, or public spaces administration? Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning and safety Ambassador Program in St. Cloud, MN. This role requires advanced client relation skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements. We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, and a passion for creating a great downtown experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
• Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs.
• Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
• Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Reporting outcomes through various channels (spreadsheets, Kronos Timekeeping, Budgets).
• Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.
