Are you the person who is going to fill this role?
As the Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for of a variety of accounting-related functions for the Company and related entities including, but not limited to, Treasury Management, Cash Flow Projects, Tax Related Matters, Month End Closing Support, and other accounting and analytical functions as needed.
Requirements
Essential Functions:
- Maintain permission rights and control levels for all banking products
- Daily preparation of cash position reporting
- Creating and maintaining cashflow reports
- Handle 1099 tracking and reporting
- Lead in State Sales / Use Tax reporting
- Lead in any tax audits as they are assigned
- Lead in year end tax reporting matters to third party auditors and internal management
- Improve and implement tax savings operational process changes
- Handle accounting and reconciling of assigned accounts
- Handle budgeting and project costing
- Produce reports and documents as required by the Accounting Team Lead & Director
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Work respectfully, cooperatively, and professionally with others in the best interest of the company
- Perform any other accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education: B.S. degree in Accounting or general business; relevant work experience with some college-level courses may be considered sufficient.
Minimum Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum one to three years of functioning in a Staff Accounting role
- Financial and Analytical skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate fashion
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
