Job Overview:
Block Renovation is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Temporary Event Marketer to represent our brand at the Westchester Home Show in White Plains, NY. This is a great opportunity for an outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced event environment.
Event Schedule:
- Saturday, March 15: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday, March 16: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Engage with event attendees to generate qualified leads for our sales team.
- Exceed assigned lead generation targets and goals.
- Communicate key brand messaging and answer customer questions effectively.
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the manager.
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in event marketing, sales, customer service, or promotions preferred.
- Outgoing personality with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to confidently approach and interact with event attendees.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to setup and teardown.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $21/hr plus commission
