About this role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Events Marketer to evolve our events program and deliver world-class experiences for our audience(s). You will organize owned and industry (field) events that both foster growth for our business and growth & learning for our audience of Audit and Finance professionals. We're talking a creative approach here to set DataSnipper events apart from the rest of the industry. If you love curating unforgettable experiences and have excellent project management skills, this is the role for you.
This role is on the Marketing team, and reports to the VP of Demand Generation.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of all (field) events, both our owned events (e.g. DataSnipper Connect) and industry sponsorships
- Build relationships with vendors, associations, venues, suppliers and other stakeholders during event planning
- Oversee the demand generation plan to promote these events, using online and offline channels. And partner with SDRs, Sales and the rest of the Demand generation team to define the strategy that comes with pre- and post-work when it comes to event attendance and follow-up
- Track the ROI of the events program and report on its performance
- Develop comprehensive playbooks for planning, budgeting, timelines and logistics together with the rest of the Events Marketing team
- Partner with the Content Marketing team, Customer Success team and Sales team to support programming and speaking engagements
- You have clear thoughts on gifting programs, activations and other creative strategies for event experiences
