We are a leading B2B provider of vending machines, POS solutions, and coin-operated equipment looking to expand our sales team. Join as a Route Sales Representative to help grow our footprint in the city and surrounding suburbs (150-mile radius).
Who You Are:
- A motivated self-starter with experience in B2B sales, small business engagement (gas stations, grocery/liquor stores, bars, cafes, etc.), or distribution.
- A charismatic communicator who thrives on connecting with clients, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.
- Someone eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced, supportive sales environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively schedule and visit 20–30 small businesses daily to secure new partnerships.
- Place 10 devices per week in qualified locations.
- Nurture existing accounts while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver polished product demonstrations and educate clients on the latest offerings.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company, ensuring seamless communication on pricing, services, and new releases.
- Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system and follow up relentlessly on leads.
- Stay ahead of industry trends through ongoing training and team meetings.

Requirements:
- 2 years in B2B sales (field sales preferred).
- Proven ability to build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
