Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Salesforce Architect:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed information about business processes.
- Analysis and Documentation: Analyze and document current business processes and systems. Create detailed documentation of functional and technical specifications.
- Configuration and Customization: Utilize features to configure and customize solutions. Work closely with developers to implement custom solutions when necessary.
- User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on new or updated Salesforce features. Take proactive steps to drive further adoption of the platform yielding more complete and accurate data. Provide ongoing support and address user queries related to Salesforce usage.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
- Data Management: Implement and oversee data migration and integration strategies as needed. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to meet the reporting needs of the business. Analyze data trends to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders & cross-functional teams, Collaborate with external vendors or consultants when required.
- Vision Thinking: meet with various stakeholders and IT while laying the roadmap and establishing a future vision for Salesforce, with the intent to grow and develop the platform to meet the enterprise’s ever-changing needs. This is a key responsibility to the position.
- Consulting on product purchasing strategy.
- Recommending implementations that add value and are scalable and sustainable
Business Analyst:
- Translating business needs to a technical vision
- Implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity.
- Oversee technical architecture, detailed design, and development on the Salesforce platform.
- Define and implement technological architecture and roadmaps using Salesforce.com products and best practices.
- Create, configure, and architect large-scale Salesforce.com solutions.
- Regression testing, IT Audits, & implement and test for updates.
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- User support tickets
Marketing Integration:
- Manage system (Pardot) That builds campaigns, mass email, lead capture, and supplies data analytics such as open rate, click rate and campaign success.
Master Data Resource:
- Manage and guide various departments in making sure all data integrity is uphold and a methodology is being put in place and adhered to.
PBI Business Analyst ( if person has PBI experience ) - Sales aspect
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve business performance.
- Meet with decision makers, data owners, and end users to define reporting requirements and goals.
- User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on new or updated PBI features. Take proactive steps to drive further adoption of the platform yielding more complete and accurate data. Provide ongoing support and address user queries related to PBI Sales usage.

Physical Requirements:
- Travel possible up to 10%
Skills and Work Experience Requirements:
- Ten years’ experience with Salesforce
- Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
- PBI Business Analyst experience is desired, but not required
- Data and detail oriented
- Have proven track-record on holding sales team and leadership accountable on data entry and process adhesion
- Ability to create new tools to enable efficiency within Salesforce and PBI
- Ability to be a project manager ( i.e. ability to present a business case ) to establish tools in Salesforce and PBI
Education and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent experience
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. The base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. The actual base salary within the specified range is based on several factors, including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, education, certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and, if applicable, the location of the position.
This role is eligible for either a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance) and/or commission-based incentives.
Salary Range $120K-159K
