Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Protect the company's assets by following proper three-way match procedures (PO, Receipt and Invoice).Process invoices, expense reports and other charges for assigned location and possibly other sites as neededVerify payment authorization and appropriate signatures are on invoices, process invoices, expense reports and other charges for assigned location.Generate checks, attach invoices, mail payments and file company records.Maintain vendor relationships by responding promptly and appropriately to issues.Resolve invoice issues, coordinate with purchasing or directly with supplier.Respond to calls regarding payable issues, investigate and resolve in a timely manner.Contribute to audit readiness by maintaining accessible documentation, and accurate records.Maintain selected data system including supplier data information.Enter invoice information into SAP software program, assigning to proper budgetary account number and vendor account.Prepare regular, periodic and special accounting reports as defined or requested.Operate within the Blommer core values of respect and care for othersNote : The employer reserves the right to change or assign other duties to this position

General office environment with majority of time using computerSkills and Work Experience Requirements :
Two (2) years' experience in high volume accounts payable or accounting clerical role in manufacturing accounting departmentProficient SAP, Excel, computer skills with Microsoft Office suiteMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsUnderstands basic tools and concepts of continuous improvementExceptional organizational skills are essentialExpected to identify, communicate / escalate, and problem-solve as issues ariseMust be able to multitask and handle many different last minute requestsHas an understanding of expense accrualsEducation :
