We are seeking a results-driven Paid Search Manager to oversee and optimize our paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience managing high-budget campaigns, and a deep understanding of paid search strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and A/B testing to maximize efficiency.
- Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and extensions to enhance performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, analytics) to align digital marketing strategies.
- Report campaign performance to stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience: 3 years managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Platforms: Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in bid management and audience segmentation.
- Certifications: Google Ads certification (preferred).
- Tools: Experience with SEMRush, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools like Looker Studio or Tableau is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
