As a CCTV Investigator, you will play a critical role in protecting Bloom's assets by actively monitoring and analyzing security footage to identify any theft, discrepancies, or suspicious activities. You will collaborate with multiple departments to investigate product loss, document incidents, and ensure compliance with state laws. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in enhancing our security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
● Security Footage Review: Continuously monitor and analyze surveillance footage to identify potential threats, suspicious behavior, or discrepancies.
● Incident Investigation: Conduct in-depth investigations of inventory discrepancies, working closely with inventory and compliance teams.
● Incident Reporting: Prepare thorough, compliant incident reports for submission to state regulatory agencies.
● Compliance Enforcement: Ensure all security and loss prevention procedures align with state regulations and company policies.
● Security Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations to strengthen security measures and mitigate risks of product loss or theft.
Qualifications:
