Bloom City Club is now hiring qualified and experienced Budtenders to join our team in Sturgis, MI.
We are looking for applicants who are interested in forming a long-term relationship with our company; people who are dependable, trustworthy, confident, organized, motivated, positive and passionate about their work. We offer flexible scheduling, but both positions require working weekend shifts and some holidays. A caring, considerate, customer service focused, and enthusiastic attitude for the industry is a must. This position gives a self-driven and motivated candidate room for development and growth. Must be a team player, implement constructive feedback and have the ability to learn at a fast pace.
Candidates must at least 21 years of age and pass an criminal background check which means you have no felony convictions in the past 10 years and no controlled substance misdemeanors within the previous 5 years. Upholding Michigan marijuana laws with patients and fellow employees is an essential part of the job and mandatory.
