• Ability to develop electronic drawings, providing solutions both conceptual and technical.
• Assists in research and coordination of materials and product for project specifications.
• Experience coordinating and integrating engineering elements and consultant work into a unified set of design documents
• Ability to develop building systems and other technical solutions with limited oversight
• Interfaces with Director of Architecture and project managers.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Great leadership, team management, and ability to interact and communicate effectively with team members, clients and other agencies.
• Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects while meeting budget and schedule constraints.
• Experience with building codes, zoning ordinances, and generally knowledgeable in jurisdictional processes
• Participate in activities that strengthen our culture, knowledge base, and capabilities.
• Commitment to challenging yourself to constantly improve and keep learning
• Team player willing to accept a full range of responsibilities
• Demonstrated interest and progress toward becoming a Registered Architect.
• Experience with public project delivery process- CDB (Illinois) and/or DFD (Wisconsin) is preferred.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and professional commitment
• Design & creative talent with confidence to take design initiative
• Propose and develop innovative, industry-leading design solutions
• Commitment to challenging yourself to constantly improve and learn
• Self-starting with strong work ethic and time management skills
• Team player willing to accept a full range of responsibilities
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Good decision-making skills, flexibility, focus on quality and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modeling or rendering software
• Registered Architect or demonstrated progress toward becoming a Registered Architect.
• Experience with public project delivery process- CDB (Illinois) and/or DFD (Wisconsin) is preferred.

Compensation -Commensurate with experience
