Duties
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.

- Review and interpret medical records to ensure accurate coding (ICD-10 and ICD-9).
- Maintain detailed records of verification processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with dental office staff to resolve any discrepancies in patient information.
- Assist in the coding of procedures and diagnoses for billing purposes.
- Stay updated on changes in insurance policies and managed care regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office setting, preferably within a dental or medical office.
