Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the operations of several dental offices
- Ensure that each office is following company policies and procedures while also providing high-quality patient care.
- Entering data using dental practice management software
- Generating reports for all activities
- Work with manageemnt to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Commit to serving as a business partner for the practices collaborating and developing production and financial goals
- Support the team through monthly meetings, team meetings weekly, and strong morning huddles
- Ensure that staff members are following company policies and procedures, providing high-quality patient care, and working efficiently.
- Posting payments made by patients
- Following up on non-paid and denied insurance claims
- Managing late payments and overdue accounts
- Monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to confirm payment from clients and insurance companies
Required Skills/Abilities
- High school degree, GED or related
- Excellent communication skills preferred
- Proficient with data entry preferred
- Team and office management experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Proven track record of success and results
- Financial management experience preferred
- Hiring, onboarding, and training experience preferred
- Has a positive attitude about the practice, the services provided, and the treatments presented
