Bloom Early Education Center is now hiring part time to full time child care aides.

Staff start out as part time, but can quickly move to full time based on need and your work performance and availability.

You must have a high school diploma and the ability to obtain clean criminal and child abuse clearances. Experience working with children is preferred.

Bloom Early Education Center is a Keystone Star 4 center. Providing high quality child care to children 6 wks to 5 years old.

Requirements:

· Must be willing to work to 6 pm M-F. Part time staff are given a schedule with varying hours each week. This is a year round position, college students must be able to continue to work, even if limited hours, during the school year.

The average part time employee works 25-35 hours per week, with scheduled 30 hours scheduled each week. If you are a hard worker and get a long with the children you should move to full time very quickly.

· Must possess High School Diploma or GED

· Must love children, enjoy playing, teaching and talking with children.

· Must take pride in the center and work to keep the center clean. Cleaning is a large part of the job.

· Must work well with other teachers and follow directions.

· Must be responsible, be prompt and reliable.

· Must be available to come into work when called in early. This is a great way to get more hours.

· Most importantly must have a positive attitude and look forward to making lots of new little friends.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.35 per hour
