Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Personal/Household Assistant to provide comprehensive support to assisting in running our home smoothy and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle household chores, basic administrative duties, running errands, assisting with animal care and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties
- Assist with household management - cleaning, laundry, preparing food as needed
- Organizing household
- Running errands as needed - grocery shopping, picking up supplies, etc.
- Assist with caring for animals on property
- Gardening chores, weeding, picking up sticks on property, etc.
- Assisting with basic clerical tasks - expense reporting, data entry, coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings & preparing materials
Requirements
- Must have a positive & warm personality with ability to demonstrate confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must love animals
- Ability to use computer, microsoft excel & word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems as they arise.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work as needed during the week
