Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits and open communication.
- Conduct job site walkthroughs to ensure service expectations are met.
- Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company at Homeowner Association meetings and other industry events.
