Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 2–3 active projects at a time, with budgets totaling $5–$7 million.
- Manage all phases of high-rise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
- Oversee procurement and budget management to maintain cost efficiency.
- Plan and manage the installation of pools, pavers, and stucco/concrete elements.
- Provide regular project updates and resolve on-site challenges with adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager for guidance and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing high-rise construction projects, with specific expertise in stucco, concrete, and pavers.
- Strong understanding of the full construction life-cycle, from planning to completion.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets and procurement for projects of similar size and scope ($5–$7 million).
- Ability to handle multiple projects (2–3 active at a time) efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle unforeseen challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
