Successful Miami-based entrepreneur looking for a sharp EA/CoS to be his right hand as he launches his latest endeavor- an AI assisted health tech platform aimed at improving daily wellbeing. This role will own core EA duties of calendar and travel coordination etc., but also requires an experienced operator who can think strategically about how to reach goals, capture the target audience, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the Entrepreneur/Founder, ensuring seamless execution of priorities.
- Own calendar and travel logistics, managing complex schedules and ensuring no conflicts.
- Sit in on meetings, take detailed notes, track action items, and follow up accordingly.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to streamline operations.
- Manage and leverage the Founder’s network, ensuring key relationships are nurtured.
- Handle high-level communications with board members, investors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure polished and professional representation of the Founder in all interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion, handling sensitive information with professionalism.
- Adapt to a fast-moving, high-intensity environment, balancing strategic and operational tasks.
- Effectively manage a demanding personality, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and priorities.
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategic Operations, or similar executive-level role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Experience working with UHNW individuals, handling high-level executive support.
- Ability to work with a strong, fast-moving personality, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Experience working with executives, investors, and high-profile individuals.
- Highly adaptable, able to pivot quickly in response to evolving business needs.
- Strong confidentiality and discretion, capable of managing sensitive information.
