You will oversee daily office operations such as vendor management, welcoming guests and visitors, and ensuring the office is running smoothly, while also providing light administrative support to a few Associates and backup coverage for other EA's. Responsibilities:- Manage office operations including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related issues and office equipment.
- Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency
- Oversee guests and visitors in the office by creating a welcoming environment and connecting them with appropriate team members.
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and activities.
- Provide administrative support to Associates with scheduling and coordination.
- Provide backup Executive Assistant support when needed, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- 2 years of experience in office management or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience providing calendar management and scheduling support.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
