What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Production Lead position at Bloomberg Industry Group?
You will oversee domain area workflows and lead team efforts on content and data projects for the Operations team. You will manage workflows, manuscripts, content integrity, print, and vendor outsourcing.
What you will do :
- Lead content and data projects for Operations team, creating and overseeing associated workflows.
- Perform lead duties, including assessing project scope, assigning tasks, training, coordinating staff efforts, tracking progress, maintaining schedules and up-to-date documentation.
- Use productivity tracking tools to create tickets, maintain records, and monitor project status.
- Ensure domain area tasks are accomplished with maximum efficiency, particularly in deploying internal resources.
- Bring deep and nuanced understanding of complex publishing workflows, with substantive expertise in tools related to those workflows.
- Coordinate and serve as domain area point of contact with other teams, business units, and outside vendors (e.g. C&A, Product, Global Data, Bloomberg INDG Engineering, etc.) as project requirements dictate.
- Independently develop creative and innovative solutions to domain area problems.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
