As a Partner Development Manager (PDM), you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact partnership and thematic strategies that drive business growth. You will build and maintain executive relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring our solutions align with market opportunities. This role requires deep collaboration across product, sales, and external partners to craft and execute go-to-market initiatives.
We’ll trust you to:
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and build high-value vendor relationships that align with Enterprise Data business growth objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and sales teams to define and execute partnership strategies and make recommendations to customers and partners
Market & Competitive Analysis: Assess third-party offerings to ensure strategic alignment and differentiation and serve as Industry and Product expert of our partner solutions
Go-To-Market Execution: Drive co-marketing, co-selling, and integration strategies with partners and engage with Product, Sales, Customers, and Vendor partners to ensure solutions meet customer needs and are positioned strategically and growing revenue
Performance Tracking & Iteration: Regularly assess partnership success, adjust approaches based on outcomes, and communicate progress effectively
Executive Engagement: Represent the company in high-level discussions with key vendors and internal stakeholders through knowledge sharing, insights, and trust worthiness
You’ll need to have:
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances leading sophisticated tri-party relationships
Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence key decision-makers
Proven experience managing high-level vendor relationships and collaborating across product and sales teams
Strong ability to analyze market trends, craft strategies, and execute growth plans
Willingness to travel 3-5 times per year

Salary : $150,000 - $240,000
