Job Overview
Bloomingdale's is seeking a client driven Digital Gift Registry Consultant to join the Gift Registry team in an at-home environment. You will connect with couples via text, email, phone and various technology applications, all of which will be available on company provided devices. As a Bloomingdale’s Digital Gift Registry Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering a personalized customer experience to your registrants. Your goal is to serve as a Bloomingdale’s merchandise & service expert, helping newly registered couples identify their personal style needs, answering general questions, and ultimately guiding their journey as they build value to their registries. You will become well versed and educated in merchandise storewide with an emphasis on Home product, offering your expertise to customers, couples and gift givers through remote digital interactions. Building and maintaining client relationships and long-term loyalty will be a part of your everyday role.

Engaging and welcoming customers to the Gift Registry Department
Delivering an exceptional and personalized customer experience
Meeting or exceeding sales and new account goals
Becoming a product knowledge expert, understanding features and benefits of product especially in the Home Department. Is an expert on product and style, and has a confident fashion voice
Commitment to building customer relationships and loyalty through the maintenance of a client book
Helping to build an omni environment for customers in a store trade area
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
Flexibility to manage customer interactions coming in through multiple online platforms
Active use of styling and selling technology to deliver the customer experience and build registry value
Collaboration with other digital selling experts and central team to provide the best customer experience
Connecting customers to instore experts when appropriate Meeting regularly with Supervisor to review goals and best practices
