Lead HVAC Installer – $30-$40 / hr Full Benefits | Bloomington, MN

What You'll Do :

  • Lead residential HVAC installs & ensure top-notch quality
  • Train & mentor junior techs – be the leader you wish you had
  • Troubleshoot & problem-solve on-site
  • Monday-Friday, 7 : 30-3 : 30 (with OT opportunities)

    • Who We Want :

  • 5 years HVAC experience | EPA 608 Cert (Universal preferred)
  • Strong communicator & problem-solver
  • Valid driver's license clean record
  • Can lift 50 lbs & ready to roll
