Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule daily transportation routes for cannabis deliveries, ensuring timely and compliant service.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide detailed instructions, route updates, and delivery priorities.
- Monitor transportation activities to ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, METRC entries, and compliance documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving delivery inquiries or issues in a professional manner.
- Track and update vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring vehicles remain in top working condition.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service efficiency.
- Provide real-time updates to clients on delivery status, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination is preferred.
- Knowledge of Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission regulations is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using transportation management software, METRC, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all cannabis regulations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
