- Lead our admissions process by connecting with prospective families and giving warm, informative tours 🤝
- Guide families through enrollment and follow up to ensure a smooth onboarding process 📝
- Manage marketing leads, respond to inquiries, and drive enrollment growth 📈
- Support daily operations alongside the Director to keep things running smoothly 🧠✨
- Collaborate with our admin and teaching teams to maintain an exceptional experience for children and families 👩🏫
- Represent the heart and mission of Blossoms with passion and professionalism 💖
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, admissions, or enrollment—bonus if it’s in the early childhood or education sector 🎓
- Proven leadership or management experience—you’ve helped lead a team, department, or center before 👩💼
