BLT is seeking an experienced and dynamic Resident Services Coordinator to join our luxury community located in Jersey City . The Resident Services Coordinator provides superior customer service, possesses detailed knowledge of company policy and procedures, and performs essential functions as they relate to the maintenance and accessibility of the building.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Resident Services Coordinator
- Engages in community activities and effectively represents the community and BLT’s local interests by fostering productive community relationships with our residents
- Promptly answers phone calls, requests, and concerns, while responding to all resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assists residents with move-in and move-out procedures
- Processes work orders for the maintenance department and follows up with residents to ensure satisfaction with the work completed
- Prepares incident reports pertaining specifically to resident issues, in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Develops, produces, and coordinates resident communications including but not limited to newsletters, surveys, and lease violation notices
- Ensures community and company policies are followed
- Reviews resident feedback with upper management team and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken promptly
- Facilitates professional and friendly atmosphere that exceeds resident expectations
