ABOUT THE ROLE : Be a Blu Dot design expert. Create a compelling Blu Dot store experience through exceptional service, excellence in merchandise presentation, and cultivation of an all-inclusive, design clubhouse. Tell the Blu Dot story and advance Blu Dot's reputation as an American design studio in the Boston market.

Represent and expand the customer's connection to the Blu Dot brand through an authentic selling experienceSell with authority using product information and design knowledge to demonstrate design features and benefitsEnhance the client shopping experience through an awareness of the client's needs and Blu Dot's capabilitiesMeet monthly sales goals and maximize profitabilityBuild the sale by suggesting additional items using our design servicesSee sales through to completion and follow up with the customer as necessaryDrive residential and residential trade business through outreach and prospectingExecute and maintain visual merchandising standards of showroomAssist in seasonal floor change including light furniture assembly and some liftingCapture and utilize customer emails for communicating sales, events and promotionsHost in-store activations for current and new clientsAvailability to work weekends is requiredEveryone's welcome to our party!
