Hookah Lounge Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have a memorable time at our establishment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including culinary ingredients and preparation methods.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper sanitation and food safety standards are met.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, specials, and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of food safety and handling practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• A passion for the culinary arts and providing top-notch customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
