Blue Hookah Lounge is a popular destination for quality hookah, great vibes, and top-tier service. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Hookah Lounge Manager to take charge of daily operations, lead our team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily lounge operations and staff performance
• Train and manage employees (servers, cashiers, hookah attendants)
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain product quality
• Create staff schedules and oversee payroll management
• Enforce health, safety, and company policies
• Develop strategies to boost sales and customer retention

Qualifications:

• Prior management experience in hospitality, nightlife, or food service
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hookah and flavors is a plus but not required
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
