An Accounting firm located in Wildwood Florida, serving clients throughout the United States is looking for full-time Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper with the following:
- Collaborate with remote associates (Staff) to gather financial data and provide support as needed
- Assist in the management of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer inquiries
- Preform administrative as well as Bookkeeping duties
- Interact with internal and external clients, in person, via video meeting, on the phone or through email.
- Must have computer Microsoft suite (excel, outlook, QuickBooks, zoom/Teams) skills and phone etiquette along with general office professional decorum.
- Ensure proper recording of expenses and income in QuickBooks
- Dependable
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and follow up
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent Computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
