Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the clinical operations, provide guidance to Therapists, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earnings Potential: Licensed therapists can expect annual 1099 earnings ranging from $100,000 (25 weekly clients) to $124,500 (32 weekly clients). A minimum caseload of 25 clients per week is required. Higher earnings potential exists based on performance and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of therapists and counselors
- Conduct regular case reviews and provide feedback on treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance to optimize client care outcomes
- Collaborate with other Health Professionals to coordinate care for clients
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on clinical best practices
- Supervise Associate Therapists
- Consult with the direction of the clinic.
- Ensure the clinic is following all Federal and State regulations and requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Previous experience in clinical counseling or psychotherapy
- Have a valid, unrestricted license that has been in good standing for at least two years
- Have 15 clock hours of training in clinical supervision
- Have 25 hours of experience in clinical practice supervision
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding procedures
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of special education principles
- Ability to provide direct support and guidance to clinical staff
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
