We are currently hiring for a full-time Security Professional to provide outstanding customer service and peace of mind at Carolyn Downs Medical Center and Country Doctor Clinic in Seattle, WA. This is a soft security role, focused on creating a welcoming and safe environment for patients and staff alike.

Schedule and Compensation:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Weekend Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Saturday & Sunday)
Note: Full-time employees cover 40 hours per week within these hours of operation. - Hourly Pay: $23-$25 (DOE), plus quarterly bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Security Professional with Blu Wing Security, you’ll go beyond traditional security duties to provide peace of mind and exceptional customer service by:
- Opening and Closing: Ensure facilities are secure and ready for daily operations.
- Conducting Hourly Rounds: Proactively monitor the premises to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Providing Customer Support: Serve as a reassuring presence for staff and patients, assisting with inquiries and directions.
- Delivery Notifications: Alert staff to incoming deliveries and support with auxiliary tasks.
- Facility Oversight: Operate from a guard station or office depending on the site’s needs, ensuring smooth operations and security.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be able to obtain a Washington State Guard Card (we’ll guide you through the process).
- Demonstrated reliability: held at least one job for 1 year in the past 36 months.
- Provide 1-3 strong references, including one from a former employer.
- Business casual attire required.
Salary : $45,760 - $52,000
