As a Program Director at Blue Angels Care, LLC, you will oversee the implementation and management of our service programs, ensuring they meet the standards set by Pennsylvania Code 55 Chapters 6100/6400. This role is responsible for leading a team that includes Program Specialists (PSs) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). These developing programs promote skill acquisition, community involvement, and personal growth among our clients.
· Ensure all program activities comply with Pennsylvania Code 55 Chapters 6100/6400 regulations. Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement necessary company policy and procedure adjustments.
· Maintain up-to-date, accurate records and documentation for all program aspects, ensuring transparency and accountability.
· Must participate in all provider meetings.
· Develop and implement new services aimed at expanding Blue Angels Care and enhancing the care we provide to our clients, including Behavioral Health, ODP Residential Care, Home Health Care, Nursing Care, and other relevant services.
· Supervise Program Specialists and DSPs, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation to ensure high-quality service delivery.
· Actively engage with participants’ families, community partners, and regulatory agencies to foster relationships and enhance program offerings.
· Make recommendations and/or decisions on employee hires/ transfers (cooperate with HR), promotions, corrective action, and terminations.
· Create and review policies and procedures to enhance Quality Management practices and risk management.
