Client & Event Experience Liaison

POSITION OVERVIEW

At Blue Apple Productions (Irwin Incorporated), we don’t just rent out party equipment—we help craft unforgettable event experiences for our clients. For 25 years, we’ve led Upstate NY’s event entertainment industry with high-energy, innovative fun and successfully serviced over 15,000 events.  Now, we’re seeking a dynamic Client & Event Experience Liaison to join our team of dedicated professionals and help drive the growth of our business for the next 25 years.

You’ll work closely with, and at the direction of the Vice President & Master FunCrafter, playing a critical role in leading and supporting all sales, marketing, and customer service activities.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospective Client Communication: Field and direct incoming calls. Respond to phone, email, and website inquiries promptly and professionally. Actively identify and engage potential clients.
• Develop Customer Relationships: Maintain active channels of communication with clients to seek out additional areas of support. Ensure a high level of customer care and service. 
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by maintaining a high volume of sales activity. Create and maintain a strategic, organized system for scheduling and completing sales tasks. Identify & implement effective marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.
• Deliver Best-In-Class Service: Personalize client experiences and ensure seamless event execution.
• Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present customized event entertainment proposals and contracts, ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with client needs.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with third-party vendors and the Event Operations Team to confirm logistics and ensure smooth event execution.
• Feedback & Improvement: Collect client feedback to refine and enhance event experiences. 
• Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and market activity to identify product/service improvements, new opportunities, emerging technology, and more to support company goals.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain strong attention to detail in all aspects of the role. Demonstrate your attention to detail and interest in this position by copying and pasting the preceding sentence into the Contact Us form at the Blue Apple Productions website.
• Administrative Support: Payment processing, organizing digital files, scanning records, etc.
• Support In The Field: Handle venue site visits and periodically assist Operations Team at events.
• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Experience: 2 – 5 years in Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related industry

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (and other relevant tools)
• A strong customer service orientation and business acumen

Professionalism: A polished appearance and the ability to represent our brand with sophistication, earning the trust of distinguished clients who expect the highest level of service.

Logistics: Valid Driver’s License (occasional local travel required)

Bonus Skills/Experience:

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence in the workplace
• Graphic Design, Photography, or Video Production
• Social Media Management and Online/Email Marketing
• Hotel Event Sales Experience

THE WORKPLACE

East Rochester, NY office, Mon. – Fri. with occasional Saturday and/or Sunday “in the field” at client events/venues in and around the Greater Rochester Area .

WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation: Annual pay range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
