Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Behavior Analyst to join our team of dedicated professionals who provide specialized services to children with autism and their families. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
You will also train and supervise direct care staff and other team members to ensure successful implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicating effectively with families, providing updates on treatment progress, behavioral challenges, and recommendations for further interventions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field, and be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You must also be licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland.
In addition to your education and licensure, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and families.
