Job Summary:
We are looking for a computer savvy Construction Coordinator with experience in multifamily buildings. This is an in-office position located in a professional 3-story commercial office building in Coral Gables.
Role And Responsibilities:
- The construction coordinator will be 90% in the office; 10% visits in the field.
- Update project documentation using SharePoint and track work orders in AppFolio.
- Follow up with tenants and schedule work orders through AppFolio.
- Interact with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Other related tasks.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in construction or facilities maintenance.
- Must be highly computer proficient including proficiency in AppFolio (or similar Property Management software), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the traffic patterns of Miami.
