What You'll Be Doing
Onboarding & implementation
Consultancy
Product training
Run technical / deep dive demos
Help the Sales team with ad-hoc product questions they might have
Attend events
Present at customer workshops
What You Should Bring Along
Expertise in Microsoft 365 : Significant experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Entra ID, Intune, and Defender.
Client-Facing Skills : Proven client-facing experience and ability to address technical and strategic needs of MSPs.
MSP Background : Experience working with MSPs or similar vendors is ideal.
Desirable Qualifications : MD-102, MS-102, and MS-500 are advantageous (but not necessary).
