AR Collections Specialist- Temporary opening
Our client is seeking an AR Collections Specialist to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AR Risk Management, Customer Service, Billing, Commercial Sales, and Data Analytics, to:
- Analyze customer data to inform collection strategies
- Identify and verify offsetting cash balances
- Manage and update the AR inbox daily to ensure accurate account information
- Communicate with customers to validate payments, determine recoverability of balances, and inform accounting transactions
- Maintain detailed documentation of all collection efforts within customer accounts
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience.
- Strong excel and reporting skills required.
- Excellent people skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet quick deadlines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Understanding of policies and procedures used in accounts receivable and billing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a temporary opportunity 90 -120 days, fully onsite in Sharonville OH
Pay rate is $20-$24/hour DOE
