Our client seeks a Regional Portfolio Manager to oversee property management operations for a portfolio of their scatter-site market-rate portfolio located across LA County. Â This role requires a skilled leader who can drive financial performance, operational excellence, and team development while effectively managing the expectations of multiple property owners.

🏡 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Leadership/Team Development: Mentor and coach onsite managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Owner/Client Management: Oversee daily operations, communicate performance metrics, address concerns, and cultivate client relationships to expand the portfolio.
- Portfolio Performance: Manage financial, operational, and resident satisfaction; analyze budgets; implement value-enhancing strategies; and monitor market trends.
- Operational Performance: Achieve/exceed financial goals (NOI, occupancy, revenue), monitor KPIs, and conduct property visits.
- Policy/Compliance: Enforce company policies, ensure regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, safety), and support new initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate on budgets and plans, identify improvement opportunities, and support capital projects.

🎒 WHAT IT TAKES
- Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent of education and experience
- Progressive responsibility in multi-family, with 10 years of experience at the scattered, multi-site level managing a large team
- Third-party management preferred
- Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Valid driver’s license and no major moving violations
- Dependable transportationÂ
