Job Responsibilities:
Complete assigned traffic control task by driving a Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA), cone truck, or other support vehicle to specified locations for lane closures on state highways and other roadways. TMA Driver will follow TXDOT guidelines to provide protection from traffic. Safety and awareness are very important aspects of this position. By be asked to perform other work related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have a VALID Driver's License
- MUST have experience in driving a truck with mounted attenuator
- Candidates must possess good knowledge of state and local roadways and have experience with operating large vehicles of varying sizes
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
